AnxietyMe asks one thing of you: log an attack when it hits. Sleep, heart rate, stress, caffeine, weather and screens are collected on their own, and the app compares your attack days with your calm ones. Here is what that looks like, and the three ways to start.
Log itOne tap, even mid-attack. Details later, or never

Tests, not rulesNothing to avoid. You see what matters for you
Bring it alongA report of what was found, for your GP or therapistNo. Log an attack when it hits; that is the only thing you have to do. Location, microphone, a wearable, your calendar and Apple Health or Health Connect are each optional and each explained before you grant them. Without a wearable you still get weather, screens, food and the situations you tap.
The log and the reliefs work from the first minute. Patterns need at least three logged attacks before the app can compare anything, and they firm up as more days come in.
Only if you want it to. The evening check-in is there on the Log tab, and notifications are off until you switch one on. The setup questions are one-time facts, and you can change them from Profile.
